تأسست شركة أحمد محمد صالح باعشن وشركاه حوالي 80 عاما. تتاجر الشركة في مجموعة متنوعة من البضائع الاستهلاكية السريعة البيع و منها المواد الغذائية و البضائع الاستهلاكية. بدأت الشركة بداية متواضعة و نمت حتى نجحت في الحصول على اتفاقيات دولية للتوزيع فى المملكة العربية السعودية حصريا. تضمنت المرحله الثانيه من نمو الشركة إتباع إستراتيجية الاندماج الأفقية من خلال تطوير و تسويق المنتجات بالإضافة إلى توزيعها. . كانت الفكرة فريدة من نوعها في الشرق الأوسط آنذاك و قد تبنته لاحقا العديد من الشركات الأخرى. نجحت هذه الإستراتيجية و حررت الشركة من ارتباطاتها مع المؤسسات الدولية مما أدى إلى نجاح الشركة بصورة كبيرة و إلى ظهور حقيبة إنتاجية جديدة من الشاي و السكر. في عام 1994 باشرت الشركة برنامج استثماري ضخم للتوسع مما أدى إلى استقدام فريق إداري مهني للمساندة في نمو الشركة و لإدخال مهارات متخصصة. تضمنت هذه الإستراتيجية بناء مرافق لمزج الشاي و تعبئته في مدينه جدة و الذي بدأ العمل بصورة متكاملة في عام 1995. يعد المصنع من أحدث المصانع تطورا في العالم، مما يدل على التزام الشركة بالجودة على المدى البعيد. تعد شركة أحمد محمد صالح باعشن وشركاه من الشركات العائلية المساهمة في المجتمع و المتمسكة بالتقاليد العريقة و بأخلاقيات العمل العالية. كما تعد الشركة قوة عظيمة في سوق الأطعمة و المشروبات في المملكة العربية السعودية و خاصة في قطاع الشاي. شاي ربيع هو المنتج الرئيسي للشركة و الذي يتصدر سوق حبيبات الشاي و يتبعه قسم أكياس الشاي. و يعد تقديم أكياس الشاي في عبوات قابلة لإعادة التغليف من أحدث التطورات في مجال تصنيع الشاي و الذي يتم فيها تغليف كل 25 كيس من الشاي في عبوة قصديرية للحفاظ على نقائها و التمكن من تخزينها بأمان لمدة طويلة تتضمن منتجات شاي ربيع الشاي ذو الأوراق الكاملة، الحبيبات، الشاي المميز، أكياس الشاي، الشاي الأخضر، الشاي بالنكهات المختلفة و شاي الأعشاب. بالإضافة إلى الشاي، تقدم الشركة مكعبات السكر من ضمن حقيبة منتجاتها المتنوعة. يعتبر سكر النحلة بمكعباته و أشكاله المختلفة من أعلى منتجات السكر جودة في الأسواق المحلية. تسعى شركة أحمد محمد صالح باعشن وشركاه لتصميم و تقديم كل ما هو مبدع و جديد مع الالتزام بالجودة العالية. فقد قامت الشركة مؤخرا بتقديم سلسلة مقاهي تيانا في الاسواق المحلية. تعد تيانا من المقاهي الفاخرة بخدمتها المتميزة و مجموعتها الفريدة و المتنوعة من الشاي المستورد من انحاء العالم. كما يقدم المقهى تشكيله من الوجبات اللذيذة. وبإمكان الزبائن الكرام شراء أنواع الشاي المفضلة لديهم للاستمتاع بها في منازلهم.

   AMS Baeshen & Co. was established some eighty years ago, as a family concern, trading in a wide range of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, including foods and detergents. The business grew from modest beginnings and, some time later, the business was successful in obtaining exclusive distribution agreements with various multinational FMCG companies for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The next phase in the development of the Company was to pursue a strategy of vertical integration, and to develop and market its own brands rather than be restricted to being merely a distributor. This was the time, a unique concept in the Middle East which has since been copied by many other businesses. Part of this strategy included the building of a tea blending and packing facility in Jeddah which became fully operational in 1995. The factory is one of the most advanced in the world, and demonstrates the Company’s commitment to quality and the long term future of the business. The Company remains a family led, paternalistic and people oriented business, with strong traditions and work ethics, and is a major force within the Saudi Arabian food and drink market, principally the tea sector. Rabea Tea is the Company’s flagship which occupies a leading position in the loose tea market followed by its fast growing teabags segment. The most recent innovative breakthrough being introduced is a re-sealable teabag pack. Each 25 teabags are foiled-wrapped to keep it fresh and can be stored hygienically even for a longer period. Rabea’s Tea full range of products are long leaf teas, CTC, specialty teas, string & tag teabags, green tea, flavored and herbal teas. Aside from teas, the Company is also having cube sugar in its portfolio. Within the premium sugar brands, Bee sugar cubes and shapes are leading the market. The Company is determined and committed to building functional and innovative brands. It recently diversified into the retail market and introduced “Teayana” as a new brand.
